The control of stretching amount is at the 1%, and it should be noted that excessive stretching amount will lead to the scale error of head, middle and tail, the appearance of hydrostriated flax (fish scale) mark, low elongation, high hardness and brittle (low plasticity).Too low tensile strength and hardness of the profile, and even aging (quenching) can not improve the hardness of the profile easy arc bending (commonly known as big knife bend).
3. For controlling tensile deformation and excellent control
The scale change of the whole profile, should choose appropriate special cushion and appropriate method.In particular, open materials, arc materials, cantilever materials, and curved shapes of the profile to pay more attention to stretch the reasonable use of the cushion.
4. Pay attention to the stress condition of the small feet, thin teeth, long legs, arc surface, inclined surface, opening and viewpoint of profiles with high width and thickness, long cantilever length, long camber length, large radian, wide width and thickness, strange shape and other profile materials, so as to avoid the defects such as deformation, twist and screw of profile parts or point scale.
5. Due to the heat resistance effect of the wool top,
extruded profiles with high decorative appearance demand must be flipped up and down more, so as to achieve uniform heat dissipation and reduce the defects of horizontal bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and different crystallinity.
6. Do not touch, pull, stack, jam or intertwine with each other in the process of taking materials, moving and stretching, and leave a certain space between each other.For the easy winding, the length of the
extruded profiles to deal with timely, when necessary to make the maintenance of each other.
